RETURNS
• Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING
• Nexora Stores provides free return shipping for eligible returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personal care products
• Beauty products
• Used items
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
REFUNDS
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Contact your credit card provider
• Contact your bank
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.
